What you can do here
Use the browser menu and choose Add to Home Screen. This does more than save a shortcut: your phone creates a lightweight app-like install for BeeVault without taking meaningful extra space.
Open BeeVault from that new icon and then sign in with the same account you already use elsewhere. From there it works more like an installed app without needing the App Store or Play Store.
